Our Planned Maintenance Cost Includes Labour to complete the below:
• Complete visual and mechanical inspection reporting equipment needs to our customer.
• Check all fluid levels and top up.
• Check electrolyte voltage and load reading of batteries.
• Check carbon brushes and amp draw of all electric motors.
• Grease all machine points.
• Make adjustments to brushes, squeegees etc.
• Check all electrical components of machine.
• Check all operational functions of machine.
• Clean machine. Parts and materials include:
o Miscellaneous lubricants
o Battery acid
o Vacuum filter
o Squeegee blades
o Carbon brushes
o Sundries

Based on 100hr or 30 or 60 or 90 or 180 day service intervals
